Pa’lante Transformative Justice

Pa'lante Transformative Justice centers justice, healing, culture, and spiritual practice through circle work, youth development, and human resource practices. This year, the organization is prioritizing togetherness over productivity, creating space for youth to cook, laugh, and engage in 1:1 check-ins, as well as expanding its hours to better serve queer, low-income, Spanish-speaking, and BIPOC youth. Pa'lante has partnered with Multicultural Clinical Services to provide culturally relevant counseling to youth and alumni, addressing the shortage of skilled, culturally sensitive counselors. The organization is also organizing its first-ever trip to Puerto Rico in 2025, offering a rare opportunity for Peer Leaders to connect with their culture and history. This trip is grounded in healing, joy, and activism, strengthening the organization's commitment to building transformative change.
