The Greater Boston Community Land Trust Network

Our work is challenging as we navigate systems that don’t support our vision of community land trust building. The emotional toll can be overwhelming, with the constant feeling that the work is never-ending and progress is slow. We’re dedicated to creating spaces of belonging and connection, but limited time and resources often prevent us from incorporating cultural, spiritual, or artistic practices into our work. This year, we aim to reframe our activities to make them more nourishing, restorative, and inspiring, focusing on land-based learning, healing, and community building. Our hope is that these changes will help us reconnect with our purpose, strengthen relationships within our team, and bring new possibilities for our work.
